• Janitorial Services for the Superior National Forest, Laurentian Ranger District.

• Services are required for the following periods:

  • Base Year: 10/1/2026 - 9/30/2027
  • Option Year 1: 10/01/2027 - 09/30/2028
  • Option Year 2: 10/01/2028 - 09/30/2029
  • Option Year 3: 10/01/2029 - 09/30/2030

• Anticipated contract type: Firm Fixed Price.

• The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards for different line items.

• The Government intends to make one award from this solicitation.

• Invoices must be submitted in arrears via the Department of Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).

• Several FAR and AGAR clauses and provisions are incorporated by reference and require specific attention and completion by offerors.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for janitorial services for the office facilities at the Laurentian Ranger District in Aurora, MN.

• Locations: Main administrative office, Bunkhouse, North Warehouse, South Warehouse, and Fire/LEO office.

• Frequency: Services are generally required twice weekly for administrative and warehouse bathrooms, with specific tasks for each building.

• Tasks: Includes cleaning floors, vacuuming carpets, cleaning bathrooms with germicidal disinfectant, emptying trash and recycling, dusting, washing windows, and cleaning kitchen and living areas.

• Additional Requirements: Dutiestwice per year for non-personal furniture, washing stair railings, and using green cleaning products. Names of cleaning personnel are required.

• The Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) will monitor work and require rework of any items not performed as required.

• Performance Period: October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.

• Work Location: 318 Forestry Road, Aurora, MN 55705.

• Cleaning Schedule: Twice weekly for administrative, warehouse, and Fire/LEO offices (between 6 PM Fridays and 6 AM Mondays, and Wednesdays after 6 PM and before 6 AM Thursdays). Bunkhouse cleaning is in April and/or before December.

• Government Furnished Items: Hand soap, paper toweling, toilet paper, garbage bags, and light bulbs will be provided.

• Contractor Furnished Items: Contractor will furnish necessary cleaning supplies or equipment not provided by the government.

• Biobased Products: Federal requirement to use biobased products for custodial contracts. Resources are provided for selection.

• Pre-Work Conference: A meeting will be scheduled to discuss contract terms and requirements. The contractor must designate an on-site representative.
