Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Lawn Care: Maintain a lush green lawn with no bare spots and minimal weeds. Grass height to be maintained between 2.5" and 3.5". Services include seeding, fertilizing, and weed control as needed. Outdoor furniture will be moved and reset as necessary.

• Hardscape Care: Ensure all walkways, patio areas, and HVAC areas are free of grass clippings and debris. Weeds in these areas must be removed within one week.

• Debris Removal: Dispose of excessive grass clippings, lawn debris, and removed weeds off-site after services are completed. Woody debris (3/8" or larger) on the ground must be picked up weekly and disposed of off-site.

• General Requirements: Work must be completed outside of business hours (Mon-Fri, 6 am-5 pm), within property boundaries, and using COR-approved chemicals. Licenses and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) must be provided. Performance standard: 90% of the period of performance.

• Lawn Care: Lush green grass with no bare spots or noticeable weeds, or noticeable improvement. Grass length 2.5"-3.5". Performance standard: 75% acceptable quality.

• Hardscape Care: No grass clippings/debris on hardscapes. Weeds removed within a week. Performance standard: 85% acceptable quality.

• Debris Removal: Debris disposed of off-site. Woody debris picked up weekly. Performance standard: 90% for debris disposal, 85% for woody debris pickup.

• Period: May through September annually.
