Scope of Work
The selected vendor will be responsible for the acquisition of an air handling unit constructed of shipping splits, designed to feed and circulate conditioned air within the cryostat using large feedthroughs and non-conductive duct material connected to custom adapters. The comprehensive scope includes procuring all necessary materials, fabrication, assembly, testing, packaging, delivery, and installation of the completed system. This critical work will be performed at the 4850 level underground at the Sanford Underground Research Facility (SURF) in Lead, SD, supporting the Far Detector and Cryogenics (FDC) subproject.

Proposals must be submitted via email in PDF format, separating Technical and Price/Contractual components.
