• Disputes and Governing Law: Establishes a process for dispute resolution and specifies the governing law (Federal law, or California law if no federal law applies).
• Export Control: Requires notice for information or products subject to U.S. export controls.

• Certification: Bidders must certify if each end product qualifies as a U.S. domestic commercial product by selecting 'Yes' or 'No'.
• Section A: For 'No' responses, bidders must list excluded end products per FAR Part 25.104, marking 'N/A' if not applicable.
• Section B: For 'No' responses, bidders must certify that all end products, except those listed in Section A, are domestic source end products with no components of unknown origin. This section also requires an estimated percentage of foreign content for the item or service being procured.
• Table: A table is provided to list Line Item No., Country of Origin, and Percent (%) of Foreign Content.
• Section C: Requires the Offeror's Signature, Printed Name, Title, Company Name, and Date to make the representations and certifications part of their quotation.

This form is crucial for bidders to complete and submit as part of their quotation to demonstrate compliance with Buy American Act provisions. Failure to properly complete this certification may impact the evaluation or award of the contract.
