Scope of Work

- Preventive Maintenance: Three planned on-site visits per contract period, involving thorough cleaning, calibration, adjustment, inspection, and testing according to manufacturer standards. Equipment must be operationally tested after each service.
- Emergency Service: On-site emergency repair services during normal working hours (M-F, excluding Federal Holidays). A one-hour initial response and a four-hour on-site response by a qualified, factory-trained representative are required.
- Replacement Parts: Furnish all required new replacement parts, meeting original equipment specifications, at no additional cost (excluding consumables), with next-day delivery.
- Software Services: Provide software service and updates per manufacturer procedures, including telephone technical support for software and operating systems. Advance government approval is required for all software updates, and defective software must be replaced at no additional cost.
- Technical Support: Offer unlimited clinical technical telephone support (24/7) and clinical application support (M-F, 8 am-9 pm, excluding Federal holidays). Remote service support for software and instrument calibration will be provided by Sony Biosciences.
