Statement of Work (SOW)

To procure collision-related repair and maintenance services for a specific Bureau of Land Management (BLM) fleet vehicle: a RAM 2500 Tradesman Crew Cab 4WD, assigned to the Phoenix District Office.

• Perform necessary assessments and damage evaluations.

• Conduct repairs, including part replacement, structural adjustments, and refinishing, using OEM or OEM-equivalent parts and following manufacturer procedures.

• Perform diagnostics and verification testing to ensure all components function properly post-repair.

• Specific repair areas include the front bumper system, grille assembly, front lamps, hood assembly, fender & side components, and front door.

• Miscellaneous operations include hazardous waste disposal and corrosion protection.

• Repairs must match estimates.

• Paint and finish must match OEM appearance.

• No diagnostic codes should remain.

• All replaced components must be tested and verified for proper function.

• The vehicle must pass all diagnostic tests and safety inspections.

• The vehicle must be ready for deployment in emergency response scenarios.

• Work to begin within 14 days of award.

• Total performance period not to exceed 30 days after vehicle arrival at the repair facility.

• Repairs are for a vehicle assigned to the Phoenix District Office.

• Contractor must provide all parts, materials, management, supervision, certified personnel, and transportation.
