- A quote including price(s), FOB Destination, Cage Code, point of contact (name and phone number), GSA contract number (if applicable), business size under the NAICS Code, and preferred payment method (Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)).
