Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Install and service one portable ADA toilet at each of the following locations: Fortuna Pond, Redondo Pond, and Betty's Kitchen.

• Furnish all labor, material, supplies, and equipment.

• Includes placement, regular maintenance, replacement (as determined by COR), and regular emptying of human waste.

• On-call services required within a 24-hour period during periods of high visitor use.

• Services to be provided twice per week (Mondays and Fridays).

• If services fall on a federal holiday, a mutually agreed date will be selected.

• Quality assurance plan to measure quality of goods and services, focusing on timeliness, work omissions, and re-work needed.

• Assessment methods include monthly/weekly observation, planned sampling, and validated complaints.

• Initial performance period: one year from the award date.

• Four (4) one-year Option Periods are available, subject to contractor performance.
