This requirement is for the lease of twenty (20) non-tactical vehicles (NTVs) that provides safe and operational vehicle transportation for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Transatlantic Expeditionary District (TAE) personnel in Kuwait, to include fifteen (15) mid-sized SUVs and five (5) full-size crew cab pickup trucks.
