Scope of Work
The requirement is for a 750kW (minimum) emergency diesel generator, with an expected run time of less than 50 hours per calendar year (excluding emergency use). Key specifications include:
- Electrical Ratings: 460VAC nominal, 3-phase, 60 Hz.
- Certifications: Must be certified and marked per 40 CFR 63 Subpart ZZZZ, NFPA 70, and NFPA 110.
- Features: Voltage adjustment, integral lockout, reverse power trip, 900-ampere continuous current main output circuit breaker, automatic notification functions, local and remote electrical start, maintenance-free starting batteries, water jacket heater(s), and a non-resettable hour meter.
- Fuel Tank: Integrated, double-wall UL 142 compliant, sized for 16 hours of full-load run time, capable of refueling while operating.
- Enclosure: NEMA 3R ISO enclosure with lifting and containment features.
- Maintenance: Must be delivered with new batteries, replaced filters/hoses/belts, new oil/filter, and a load test to a minimum of 80% of full load for one hour.
Deliverables & Services
Required deliverables include diesel fuel for testing, fuel analysis certification, maintenance completion certification, O&M manual, EPA off-road certification, one-hour on-site training, and a contact sign.
