- Not located within specified distances of hazardous facilities (e.g., 150 feet of fuel storage, 640 feet of chemical manufacturing/rail lines transporting hazardous material).
- Located in a modern office, research, technology, or business park with a campus-like atmosphere or attractively landscaped site.
- Modern quality building of sound construction with a facade of stone, marble, brick, stainless steel, aluminum, or other permanent materials.
- Not located within a building housing US Immigration and Custom Enforcement (ICE).
- Proposed space must be contiguous and not on the first floor (if top floor, roof access cannot be within agency space).
- Onsite secured, assigned reserved parking for 9 vehicles, with capability to support/install a carport. Underground parking must be access-controlled and restricted to building tenants only.
The offered premises must also meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility (Architectural Barriers Act), seismic, and sustainability (Environmental Independent Security Act) standards. The space must be fully serviced and not in the 100-year flood-plain.
