Lessor must remain active in SAM.gov. Owners, brokers, or agents may offer space, but submissions by brokers/agents must include written evidence of authorization to represent the building owner. The Government reserves the right to disregard inadequate responses and will not pay for costs incurred as a result of this advertisement. This notice does not guarantee a lease award.
