- Audio/Visual (A/V) Support: Delivery, setup, and operation of A/V systems for all rooms (except quiet room) to accommodate virtual attendees via Teams, including podiums, various microphones, projection screens, and continuous technical support. No recording or production is required.
- Internet Connectivity: Reliable, high-bandwidth wireless internet in all meeting and breakout rooms, with a dedicated line for the presenter.
- Refreshments: Light refreshments (e.g., coffee, pastries, fruit, chips) for AM and PM breaks, Monday through Thursday.
- Lodging: Provision for 200 sleeping rooms nightly from April 26 to May 1, 2026, with attendees paying via government travel cards at per diem rates.
