Scope of Work
The contractor will provide 36 new Multifunctional Devices (MFDs) across six different Xerox models (e.g., VersaLink B415/YDN, C415/YDN, C625/YDN, C7125/YS) and associated accessories like paper trays and USB Smart Card Readers. MFDs must feature color printing, copy/scan, CAC Smartcard enablement, and standard finishing capabilities. A full-service maintenance agreement is required for each MFD, covering all supplies (toner, developer, staples, etc.) and service, including hard drive removal (Army retains ownership of HDs). MFDs must be net-worthy, NIAP certified, and connect to the Army network out-of-the-box. The contractor must provide non-personal services, including all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, testing, and supervision. Technical support must include a toll-free number with a maximum 3-minute hold time and an 8-hour on-site response if remote resolution fails.
