Scope of Work
The contractor will provide individualized legal assistance, short of full representation, to Program Participants (Ms. L. Settlement Class members and Qualifying Additional Family Members). Services include:
- Individualized Consultations and Counseling (ICC) sessions for legal advice on eligibility and application steps.
- Document Preparation Assistance for immigration-related documents (e.g., Re-Parole, Asylum, T/U Visa, VAWA, Adjustment of Status) for submission to DHS (USCIS) and EOIR.
- Pro Bono Matching and Mentorship services for volunteer legal representatives.
- Outreach activities to schedule Program Participants for services.
Services are to be provided from eight regional offices (contractor may propose locations) and remotely via technology. All service providers must be attorneys or DOJ Accredited Representatives.
