Scope of Work
The project requires the installation, configuration, and commissioning of a stand-alone Lenel ACS. Key requirements include:
- Door Hardware Installation: Installation of one (1) Lockmasters LKM10K lock (Federal Specification FF-L-2890C for SCIFs) and one (1) HID exterior Common Access Card (CAC) insert card reader with PIN pad. The existing X-09/X-10 lock will be reused, and the door configured for card entry and mechanical push bar egress.
- Lenel ACS Provisioning: Provision of a complete stand-alone Lenel ACS, including a desktop computer with Lenel OnGuard software, a monitor, a CAC card enrollment reader, and an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).
- Cabling Infrastructure: Installation of all required ACS cabling within Electrical Metallic Tubing (EMT) conduit, including conductors, fittings, connectors, supports, and labeling.
- System Programming & Configuration: Initial setup and programming of the Lenel ACS, including software installation, control panel and card reader configuration, creation of administrator and facility access levels, time zone configuration, and full system testing.
- Training: Provision of one administrator-level training session covering system user management, CAC card enrollment, user access rights, and basic troubleshooting.
