A Technical Data Package (TDP) is associated with this procurement, with Distribution Code D, limiting access to Department of War (DoW) and U.S. DoW contractors only. Access requires a current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement certification on file with DLIS. Eligible vendors can request access via SAM.gov, pending verification of active JCP registration. All TDP documents must be destroyed upon completion of their purpose.
