Statement of Work (SOW)

To equip a new 2025 Ford F150 Police Responder with law enforcement equipment and to de-commission a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 patrol vehicle.

Upfitting 2025 Ford F150 Police Responder:

• Install necessary emergency equipment and law enforcement decals.
• Install and wire auxiliary lighting in the front bumper.
• Provide and install all required wiring accessories (connectors, shrink wrap, fuses, wire protectors, zip ties, plunger switches, etc.).
• Install specific equipment provided by the vendor, including:

De-commissioning 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 2500:

• Remove all aftermarket emergency equipment.

• Remove light bar, rooftop antennas, equipment console, radios, and graphics.

• Seal antenna holes to ensure water tightness.

• Re-use 911 circuits power harness and Starlink antenna for the new vehicle.

• Prisoner cage and other equipment to be left in the backseat or bed of the decommissioned truck.

• Vendor must be located within 275 miles of Dillon, MT.

• The BLM will deliver and pick up the vehicles.

• Installation must meet Montana state specifications for emergency vehicles.

• All wiring and installations must be professional and safe.

• Antenna holes must be sealed water tight.

• Electrical switches in doors must be protected from water/dirt.
