Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted electronically to Abujaprocbids@state.gov, labeled "19N10226R0003 – Proposal for LES GMC Health Insurance Services". Submissions must be in MS-Word, MS-Excel, or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format, with file sizes not exceeding 25MB per email. Required documents include SF-33, Section B (Pricing Schedule, Retention Amounts), Section K (Representations and Certifications), Section L (Additional Information), and Proof of SAM Registration.
