Quick Summary

The Department of the Army's Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD), in conjunction with Army Contracting Command (ACC), invites industry partners to an Organic Industrial Base (OIB) Industry Day on May 20-21, 2026. This event aims to foster dynamic partnerships through direct sales, Public-Private Partnerships (P3), work-share agreements, and co-production to sustain and modernize LEAD's capabilities. This is not a solicitation and attendance is voluntary.

Event Details

The Industry Day features both in-person and virtual sessions:

  • In-Person Session: May 20, 2026, 0900–1600 EST, at Letterkenny Army Depot Headquarters, Chambersburg, PA. Limited to 42 attendees. The agenda includes depot tours, briefings, and breakout groups. Optional one-on-one sessions are available for selected partners.
  • Virtual Session: May 21, 2026, 0900–1300 EST, via Microsoft Teams. Unlimited capacity.

Purpose & Scope

LEAD seeks to build collaborations that generate new revenue, improve cost efficiencies, and secure new workload. The "Capabilities Brief (LEAD OIB)" document provides a detailed overview of LEAD's core expertise and infrastructure.
