The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing Level
1 Level Metal Plate IAW attached documents (Notes: Vendor shall list the country of origin for each
line item & If not the actual manufacturer- Manufacturer's Name, Location, and Business Size
must be provided).
*To be considered for award, the manufacturer and prime vendor (if not the manufacturer) must both
have an ISO 9001 certificate and QA Manual (updated/reviewed within last 3 Years) and have completed a site
visit.*

note that the Government's terms for payment for this requirement are Net 30 Days AFTER acceptance of material.
