This specification establishes the requirement for two (2) new Lever Arm Tester Systems to be acquired andinstalled at Anniston Army Depot (ANAD), Anniston, AL. These systems shall be used for materials testing, specifically applying tensile and compressive loads up to 12,000 pounds (lbs.) The Contractorshall configure the equipment to provide ANAD with all functionalities, capabilities, and features as describedherein. The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to prepare, provide, deliver, install, and trainpersonnel on the functional operation and programming of the equipment, including travel and any othernecessities for proper system function. All questions concerning this solicitation and attachments must be submittedin writing via email to the contract specialist by 29 July 2025 at 10:00 a.m. CDT.
