Personnel Requirements
All proposed Level II Armed Protective Security Officers must meet stringent qualifications, including U.S. Citizenship, English proficiency, high school diploma/GED, and at least two years of security/police or military experience. They must possess active Federal, State, and Local Firearms permits, State Security Officer Certification, CPR/First Aid/AED certification, and current firearms training. Personnel must be at least 21 years old and undergo a Tier 2 (T2) background investigation for Moderate Risk positions, complying with FEMA directives for facility access and suitability.
