This solicitation is for the procurement of a Li-Cor 8250-01 Extension Manifold (Brand Name or Equal) and associated accessories. The government intends to make one firm fixed price purchase order award.

• Item 0001: Li-Cor 8250-01 Extension Manifold (Brand Name or Equal). Must be compatible with the 8250 extension manifold connect system.

• Item 0002: Li-Cor MUX Chamber Cable/tubing 15M Assembly (Brand Name or Equal). Must be compatible with the 8250 extension manifold connect system.

• Item 0003: Shipping or any applicable fees.

• Delivery is required within 60 days after receipt of offer. Early deliveries are accepted.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.

• Period of Performance: Delivery by 06/30/2026.

• Offer Due Date: 05/15/2026 at 0800 CT.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on Technical Approach, Price, and Past Performance.

  • Technical Approach: Evaluates the ability to provide a sound and compliant approach. Requires clear demonstration of capability and minimum information including ability to meet schedule and explanation of any unaccomplished requirements.
  • Price: Will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness. Pricing for all line items, including option periods, is required.
  • Past Performance: Will be evaluated as Acceptable or Neutral, based on references, past contracts, and CPARS.

Purchase of Li-Cor Gas Analyzer Components.

• Purchase of one (1) Li-Cor 8250 Extension Manifold.
• Purchase of four (4) additional Chamber Cable and Tubing Bundles (Part Number 9982-009).
• The Li-Cor 8250 Extension manifold connects to other 8250 units via a daisy chain method to expand gas analyzer chamber data collection.
