This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. It constitutes the only solicitation, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to purchase Li Ion batteries and related services on a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Material (T&M) basis. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses.

• CLIN 0001 (T&M): Services in support of Government Battery Certification Process (approx. 40 hours, not to exceed ceiling).
• CLIN 0002 (FFP): Li Ion Battery.
• CLIN 0003 (FFP): Charging Station.
• CLIN 0004 (Option, T&M): Services in support of Government Battery Certification Process (approx. 80 hours, not to exceed ceiling).
• CLIN 0005 (Option, T&M): Material in support of CLIN 0004 services (ceiling not to exceed $10,000).

All items must be in accordance with the Government's Minimum Specifications, provided as Attachment 1.

• Contract type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Material (T&M).

• Period of Performance: Delivery required by 30 Apr 2026 or sooner.
