Submission & Evaluation
Quotes are due via email to taylor_jones@ios.doi.gov by 1:00 PM Arizona time on May 8, 2026. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the Government, considering price, technical capability, and prior experience. Required submission documents include a checklist, signed SF18, signed amendments, completed provisions, a capabilities statement (limited to two pages), and three prior experience references.
Additional Notes
The anticipated award date is on or before June 1, 2026. NPS will not provide fueling or parking facilities, except for established bus stops. Service will be paid at a daily rate, and routes/schedules may be adjusted by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) without additional mileage payment.
