Purpose and Scope

The Library of Congress Exhibits Office (EO) seeks a highly experienced sign fabricator to provide comprehensive services for wayfinding signage. The scope includes:

  • Fabrication of all new wayfinding elements.
  • Site visits for measurements, space preparation, delivery, and installation.
  • Generation of shop and engineering drawings, graphics, material samples, prototypes, and mockups.
  • Delivery and installation of new and existing wayfinding elements, including lighting for outdoor signage.
  • Project management, scheduling, and coordination with Library staff, the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and the Architect of the Capitol (AOC).
  • Development of an Operations Manual and provision of a one-year warranty.
