Purpose and Scope
The Library of Congress Exhibits Office (EO) seeks a highly experienced sign fabricator to provide comprehensive services for wayfinding signage. The scope includes:
- Fabrication of all new wayfinding elements.
- Site visits for measurements, space preparation, delivery, and installation.
- Generation of shop and engineering drawings, graphics, material samples, prototypes, and mockups.
- Delivery and installation of new and existing wayfinding elements, including lighting for outdoor signage.
- Project management, scheduling, and coordination with Library staff, the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and the Architect of the Capitol (AOC).
- Development of an Operations Manual and provision of a one-year warranty.
- Optional services for exterior signage are also included.

Contractors must adhere to the Wayfinding design intent, AOC Design Standards (M-28-8), and various codes including NFPA 70, NFPA 101, IBC, and ADA.
