  • AI-based analytics, including Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (ML).
  • Real-time hotlist management and encrypted searches.
  • System availability of 99%, with 24/7 helpdesk support.
  • Robust security measures, including encrypted connections meeting FISMA and FEDRAMP Moderate standards, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) compliant with CJIS Security Policy, and a strict policy against logging or retaining system data.
  • Monthly reporting, training, and user account management tools. Contractors must be US-based companies or subsidiaries.
