Submission & Evaluation

Evaluation will be based on Technical Acceptability, Past/Present Performance (using Attachment 3 - Past and Present Performance Survey), and Price. The award will be made to the responsible, responsive firm offering the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) solution. The government reserves the right to award without discussions.
