Scope of Work
This opportunity requires the procurement, setup, installation, and inspection of four (4) Liebert CoolPhase Precision Cooling Systems (P/N: DS042AZA1E0) and four (4) Vertiv CoolPhase Outdoor Air-Cooled Microchannel Condensers (P/N: MCS056E5AD). The specific units must be compatible in form, fit, and function with currently installed infrastructure. Work will be performed at Rooms TH16/19 at Building 127S, Hopper Hall, Virginia Beach, VA, during normal working hours (0700-1500, Monday-Friday). The contractor must ensure compliance with all applicable Local, State, and Federal safety, electrical, and building codes, and provide an 18-month warranty with an extended one-year parts warranty.
Key Requirements
The Liebert CoolPhase Precision Cooling Systems must be 42 kW, 12-ton, 460V, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, utilizing R-454B refrigerant, with 25 kW electric reheat, MERV 8 filtration, and Liebert iCOM control. The Vertiv CoolPhase Outdoor Air-Cooled Microchannel Condensers must also be 460V, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, with microchannel aluminum coils and variable speed EC fans. Accessories include adjustable height floorstands and Liebert Point Leak Detection Sensor Kits. All materials must be TAA compliant, and shipping/freight to Dam Neck – Virginia Beach, VA, including any tariffs, must be included in the quoted price.
Contract Details
This is a Firm Fixed-Price Request for Quotation (RFQ) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The anticipated period of performance is 20 weeks from the date of award.
