Purpose & Scope of Work
The objective is to provide routine and emergency maintenance for Liebert HVAC equipment serving four LAN rooms (3390AA, 339-N, 338-VB, 335-R3) at the TSO facility located at 8899 E. 56th St., Suite 338T, Indianapolis, IN 46249. Key services include:
- Semiannual inspections, preventative maintenance, and cleaning of HVAC equipment.
- Filter replacement every 60 days with MERV11 or higher filters.
- Repair or replacement of components as needed.
- Maintaining an adequate parts inventory to ensure equipment outages do not exceed six hours.
- Emergency response within 2 hours, with onsite presence within 6 hours.
- Providing written reports of all work completed to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Notifying the COR of necessary repairs identified during PM, including a written quote for parts and requiring approval.
- Contractor personnel must be certified to maintain and repair Liebert Air Conditioning and Climate Control equipment.
