• Offerors must provide descriptive literature for "equal" products, clearly identifying brand name, make, and model, and detailing any modifications to meet solicitation requirements.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Price.

• Period of Performance: Delivery is required by 06/12/2026.

• Offerors must submit a completed SF1449, including pricing for all items in blocks 23 and 24. Pricing must include all costs, delivered to the specified address.

General Requirements:

• Units must be documentable and pre-approved equivalents.
• Units shall be shipped to site; freight and handling charges must be included and pre-paid.
• Footprint and connection locations (ductwork, electrical) must match existing units.
• Units must interface with existing Liebert Thermostat Controls.
• Warranties: 5-year compressor only, 1-year entire unit parts.

Bidders must propose units that precisely match or exceed these specified characteristics.
