Scope of Work
The contractor will provide one (1) Program Facilitator and four (4) Spiritual Guides to organize and oversee interactive sessions for the Residential Life Connection Program. Key responsibilities include:
- Program Facilitator: Up to 25 hours per week (typically Monday-Friday, 5 hours/day, excluding Federal Holidays).
- Spiritual Guides: Up to 20 hours per week per guide (typically Monday-Thursday, 5 hours/day, excluding Federal Holidays).
- Attending an Institution Familiarization Orientation.
- Submitting monthly billing statements.
- Contractor personnel will have unsupervised contact with Adults in Custody (AICs) and must adhere to all institutional rules and regulations.
- Personnel will require security clearances and background investigations.
- FCI Fort Dix will provide necessary supplies and equipment.

Additional Notes
- SAM Registration: Quoters must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) for "All Awards" and include their Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number in their quotes. Failure to register may result in elimination from consideration.
- E-Verify: Contractors must comply with FAR 52.222-54, E-Verify Requirements, by enrolling within 30 days of contract award and beginning verification within 90 days of enrollment.
- Monitoring: Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the SAM.gov platform for any future amendments or information concerning this acquisition.
