Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide a general/interfaith or Values and Responsibility Spiritual Guide as an integral part of FCI Milan's LCP. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading daily classes based on the core LCP curriculum, covering topics such as spirituality, religious tolerance, emotional management, conflict resolution, family connections, integrity, and leadership.
- Encouraging participation in all LCP aspects, including journaling, discussions, community service, and victim impact discussions.
- Facilitating spiritual growth, personal transformation, and community reintegration for adults in custody from various faith traditions or none.
- Assisting in program development and analyzing class effectiveness.
Services will be performed at the Federal Correctional Institution, Milan, Michigan, typically Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM, for approximately twenty-four (24) one-hour sessions per week, with occasional evening hours.
