Life Image is an image exchange and image sharing network that allows BAMC Trauma Service to view images from other medical facilities. The system interoperability so that the sharing of images and their related medical information only takes moments. Utilization of a cloud-based server where referring facilities can upload images/studies to be retrieved by us and saved into PACS. This system can open any disk from any system. Over 30 facilities in our region refer to BAMC as Level 1 trauma center and San Antonio (University Hospital).
