• Documents are Not Releasable to Foreign Nationals (NOFORN) and are subject to special export controls.
• Post-Award Submissions:
  • A Certificate of Compliance (DI-MISC-81356) is required at the time of material delivery.
  • A procedure package (DI-QCIC-8871) of all applicable pre-manufacturing submittals must be submitted within 45 days after contract award.
