Scope of Work
Vendors will provide specialized tailwheel flight training, including:

- Training must cover aerodynamics, ground handling, takeoffs, landings, emergency procedures, and aircraft systems specific to tailwheel operations.
- Issuance of a logbook endorsement or demonstration of proficiency, and a training completion certificate for each student.
Performance Requirements
- Ability to train a minimum of 2 students simultaneously, 4 students per month, and 40 students per year.
- Training must be available year-round.
- Instructors must be qualified with a minimum of 300 hours dual instruction in tailwheel aircraft, with a preference for turbine tailwheel experience.
- Aircraft must be 1500-2500lb max gross weight, 14 CFR 23 certified, FAA maintained, and appropriately insured.
- Prior experience training Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel is preferred.
