The Government is requesting a non-personnel services contract to provide electrical services to enhance the lighting in Hangar 2406. The current lighting is insufficient to support a second evening training shift. There are 25 current lights that need to be replaced with Renova #HBLSR-604836L-4K (120/277) or equivalent lights. The lights will be replaced in their current locations. See Attachment 2_Performance Work Statement and Attachment 3_Interior and Exterior Lighting System for more details.
This firm-fixed price (FFP) contract is being competed under NAICS code 238210 with a standard size of $19 million and PSC code N061 as lowest- price technically acceptable (LPTA) under FAR Part 13 and as a 100% small business set-aside with no specific category. This contract is for an estimated ONE YEAR with an estimated period of performance (POP) of 01 January 2026 through 31 December 2026. The work is to be performed at 2406 Condon Road Fort Eustis, VA 23604.
Questions shall be provided in writing via e-mail to Contract Specialist, Jolene A. Granger at jolene.a.granger.civ@army.mil and Contracting Officer, Erin S. Duncan at erin.s.duncan2.civ@army.mil. All questions shall be received no later than 12:00 PM Central Daylight Time (CDT) on Tuesday, 23 December 2025. Answers will be provided by the Government as an amendment to the solicitation.

A priced quote is the only volume being requested. By submitting a quote, the vendor is taking responsibility for technical capabilities of performing this requirement. No technical volume or past performance is required.
