Sources Sought

This document is a Sources Sought notice issued by the Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB) 21st Contracting Squadron for market research purposes, in accordance with FAR Part 10. The objective is to identify vendors capable of providing a specific lightning protection system (LPS) part number. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238290 – Other Building Equipment Contractors, with a small business size standard of $22 million.

• Requirement: Information is requested regarding vendors that provide a specific lightning protection system part number.
• Purpose: To gather market information to help determine the method of procurement.
• Not a Solicitation: This is not a solicitation, and the government is not currently seeking quotes. Unsolicited quotes will not be accepted.

Vendors interested in this requirement and possessing capability should submit questions, expressed interest, and capability information in writing via email only.

Responses are requested regarding Attachment 1 – LPS Product List. Items marked "Brand Name Only" must be brand name.

1. Fastest delivery time after award to Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado.
2. Confirmation if a different NAICS code would better fit the item(s).
3. Required certifications by the end-user for using or installing this brand of equipment.
4. Availability of a pre-priced contract vehicle with these items on schedule (provide contract/schedule number).
5. Offer of bulk quantity discounts and the applicable quantities.
6. Warranty details: standard commercial warranty and extended warranty options.
7. Company information: name, address, POC, phone, email, CAGE/DUNS.
8. Confirmation of authorized reseller status and if items are on your SAM schedule (not open market).
