• Deadline for Questions/Requests for Information: 10:00 AM CST on 23 April 2026.

• Offer Due Date: 10:00 AM CST on 29 April 2026.

• This acquisition is a total set-aside for small business concerns.

• Only quotes submitted by contractors currently designated as small businesses will be considered.

• Quotes from non-eligible small businesses will be deemed non-responsive.

• The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335999, with a size standard of 1350.

• The government is not responsible for costs incurred in preparing or submitting an offer.

• Offerors are not required to sign and return the SF1449 or amendments, but should return representations and certifications if not in their SAM profile.

• Attachments include: Statement of Work (SOW) dated 18 March 2026, and Clauses.
