  • Company Information: Business details, CAGE code, POC, size, type (manufacturer/dealer), and experience.
  • Government Requirements Feedback: Latest acceptable delivery date for 17,000 plates by October 1, 2026; economical lot size; production lead time; standard commercial warranty (minimum 7 years sought); 7-year support capability; and ability to ship to 100 CONUS locations and US territories.
  • Technical Specifications Feedback: Comments on plate shape, weight limits, compatibility with Eagle AERO and MSV Gen II plate carriers, configuration, serial numbering, OCP/MutiCam Nylon Spall finish with logo, non-magnetic properties, fluid resistance, and temperature range (-60°F to +1600°F).
  • Special Threat Testing: Data related to ballistic threat testing, prioritizing 7.62mm x 39mm, and including 5.56mm x 45mm, 7.62mm x 51mm, and 7.62mm x 54R.
  • Additional Requirements: Compliance with DFARS 252.225-7012 (Berry Amendment), identification of raw material supply chain risks, Lot Acceptance Testing (LAT) procedures, status reporting capability, and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) price estimates per plate.
