- Incumbent: LinTech Global, Inc.
Justification & Context
This LSJ is necessary due to an urgent and compelling requirement to avoid a lapse in critical IT services following the expiration of the previous task order (68HE0319F0020) on February 28, 2026. The need for this bridge arose from delays in the acquisition process, including a Federal Government shutdown (Oct 1 - Nov 12, 2025) and a protest filed with the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (COFC) regarding the MRITSS award. The bridge will cover the period until a new, properly solicited requirement can be awarded.
Eligibility & Future Opportunities
The incumbent contractor, LinTech Global, Inc., is a small business. While this bridge is a limited source action, future IT requirements are intended to be placed under recently awarded MRITSS BPAs and competed among GSA IT MAS contractors in the 8(a) competitive pool.
Submission & Evaluation
This document is a justification for a limited source award and does not include instructions for proposal submission or evaluation criteria.
