- Installing manufacturer-approved TPO membrane, recovery board, and flashing.
- Preparing existing roof surfaces, including inspection, repair of metal roofs (corrosion, loose panels), and cleaning/patching of flat/tar roofs.

- Coordinating work around existing rooftop solar panels, ensuring their protection and full functionality post-installation.
