Scope of Work
DeCA requires non-personal services for the rental, delivery, pick-up, cleaning, maintenance, and replacement of specified items. The contractor will furnish all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, and materials. Services include weekly pickup and drop-off based on scheduled dates. Items to be serviced include:
- Linens: Butcher coats, shirts, pants, aprons, bib aprons, and smocks in specific colors, styles, and sizes (S-5X).
- Mats: Black or Grey, heavy-duty, non-slip backing, in sizes 3'x5', 3'x10', and 4'x6'.
- Mops: Industrial strength dust mops (36", 48") and wet mops (24oz, 28oz) suitable for concrete and tile floors.
Performance standards require items to be clean, dry, free of stains, odor, and damage, with normal wear and tear items repaired or replaced at no additional cost. A 100% fill rate is expected for every delivery. Initial delivery of mats and mops is required within 14 days of contract award, and linens within 7-14 days.

Additional Notes

Inventory control is managed by the Commissary Officer, with the contractor maintaining inventory logs. Replacement costs for lost or damaged items are covered by a weekly fee.
