Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide linen, mat, and mop rental and cleaning services to designated Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) locations.

• Furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services for rental, delivery, pick-up, cleaning, maintenance, and replacement of linens (butcher coats, shirts, pants, aprons, smocks), mats, and mops.

• Services are non-personal.

• Linens: Specific requirements for butcher coats, shirts, pants, aprons (red, royal blue, forest green, wine), and smocks (royal blue, forest green, wine) including color, material, pockets, and sizing (S-5X).

• Mats: Heavy duty, non-slip backing, available in Black or Grey, sizes 3'x5', 3'x10', and 4'x6'.

• Mops: Dust mops (36" and 48") and Wet mops (24oz and 28oz), industrial strength, washable cotton or cotton-synthetic blend.

• Linens must be clean, dry, free of lint, odor, spots, stains, and wrinkles. No soapy or objectionable odor.

• Linens returned with normal wear and tear shall be repaired or replaced at no additional charge.

• Mats and mops returned with normal wear and tear shall be repaired or replaced at no additional charge.

• A 100% fill rate is expected for every delivery.

• Services to be delivered at designated DeCA commissary locations.

• Weekly pick-up and delivery coordination required.
