Purpose & Scope
This RFI is solely for information and planning purposes to gather capability information in accordance with FAR 15.201(e). USATA requires one (1) Primary Standard Liquid Flow Calibrator or equivalent to replace an older unit that is becoming inoperable due to unavailable repair parts. The equipment will be delivered to APSL, Building 5435, Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL.
Key Requirements
The Liquid Flow Calibrator module must meet or exceed the following specifications:
- Maximum measurement capability of 60 GPM.
- Utilize CFlow+ software.
- Provide temperature control of fluids (heating and cooling).
- Uncertainty of 0.05% or better at k=2.
- Compatibility with all turbine meters and flowmeters (rotameters, frequency output, analog output).
