Scope of Work
The requirement involves providing rental and/or lease of 18 liquid oxygen reservoirs (compatible with HELIOS LOX portable units) and the weekly supply and delivery of liquid oxygen to FCC Butner institutions (FMC, FCI-I, FPC, FCI-II, LSCI) for refilling portable units used by oxygen patients. The contractor will also be responsible for providing necessary supplies, performing maintenance on rented equipment, and conducting staff training (three sessions over one month for new systems). Deliveries are scheduled weekly during regular duty hours (7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and Federal holidays), with emergency service required within 8 hours of notification.
