Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor for fuel delivery as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment No. 1). Key tasks include:
- Auto-fill fueling for propane heating tanks in the middle and end of each month during the winter heating season (October-April).
- On-demand fuel deliveries for diesel and other propane needs, performed Monday-Friday, 0700-1600, excluding Government holidays.
- 72-hour response time for fuel delivery requests, with delivery completed within this timeframe.
- Providing a means for answering emergency calls on a 24-hour basis.
- Adherence to strict spill prevention and unloading procedures, including immediate reporting to Security Police and the Hazardous Waste Program Manager, and contractor responsibility for cleanup and remediation.
- Compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local environmental codes and regulations, as well as security and safety requirements, including maintaining a written Safety Program.
- Ensuring all equipment operators possess current and appropriate licenses and that personnel are qualified, experienced, and present a neat appearance.
