  • Capabilities: Relevant regulations, certifications, equipment, teaming intentions, prime contractor management, and financial resources.
  • Material Information: Grades, forms, specifications, purity, impurities, testing methods, and laboratory capabilities for Lithium Carbonate.
  • Supply Information: Source locations, supply chain, annual production, lead times, recycling involvement, pricing, and market prices.
  • Delivery Information: Order-to-delivery times, quantities, subcontractor use, origin, delivery capacity, estimated delivery for 550 MT, additional production potential, lot/batch size, spot delivery, discounts, preferred methods, and packaging.
  • Storage Information: Common conditions, duration, shelf life, environmental impact, regulations, material rotation, and safety controls.
  • Market Information: Price changes, seasonality, manufacturing/technology shifts, potential substitutions, and customer sectors.
  • Additional Information: Provisions for long-term agreements, Wide Area Workflow account, sales data, FAR clause 52.216-2 agreement, SAM registration, and lessons learned.
