Scope of Work
The MACC will be an Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for complex design-build, construction, and demolition projects, awarded via individual Task Orders. Work includes, but is not limited to, carpentry, roofing, excavation, interior modifications, electrical, plumbing, sheet metal, painting, concrete masonry, welding, and mechanical services. Contractors must demonstrate in-house Architect and Engineering (A&E) design capability or ready access to it for alteration and repair projects.

Little Rock AFB, AR, and remote locations including Blackjack Drop Zone near Romance, AR; All American Landing Zone Camp Robinson, AR; and Communication Site near Cabot, AR.
